  1. I didn’t expect this much of a response! Thanks for the love everyone. This tattoo was inspired by the song Daylight by Aesop Rock. In the song, he says “all I ever wanted was to pick apart the day and put the pieces back together my way.” I had been going through a really tough time and all I wanted to do was disassemble everything and put it back together differently. I thought what better way to represent that than with pieces of glass and a tree!

  2. Gorgeous.. Ive been wanting to get one of a willow tree (had one I practically lived in growing up) – this is so gorgeous! I’m going to save this in my list of tat ideas.

  3. Love this style! I’ve been thinking on a memorial tattoo for my dear cat for a while now and not really come up with something I love. I’m going to print out some cat silhouettes and see what I can come up with – mosaic might be the perfect answer!!
